Q: How do we find the driver at the airport?

A: Our drivers will meet their passengers at the exit from the customs hall inside the airport terminal. Drivers will hold a sign board with the passenger name written on it. The airport can be very crowded at times, therefore if you cannot see your driver please call us on +30 6977 005541 from any telephone box/cellular at the airport and we will locate him for you.

Q: What happens if our flight delays?

A: All flight arrival times are checked with the airline, no matter you arrive early or late, Our driver will be there waiting for you.

Q: How long will the driver wait for us?

A: The driver will wait for 60 minutes before making enquiries with the airline, customs or immigration and will make a paging call.Only after all of these steps were done and there is still no sign of the passenger our driver will leave the airport. If you are delayed in customs or the baggage area for more than one hour after arrival, please call our office to ensure your driver will wait.

Q: How long is the trip between the Airport and Center of Athens?

A: The total time between airport & city of Athens takes around 40 minutes each way also it might take longer if there is public transport strike or road works.

Q: Do you do tours/sightseeing?

A: Yes we offer Hourly / Daily hire for tours/sightseeing and allow a complete flexibility to your schedule. All our drivers are English speaking and can make you a tour without guide.

Q: What is the difference between Driver-Guide and Tour-Guide?

A: Our drivers are very well trained and educated in Greek history. So they will explain you all the history of the sites you want to visit but they cannot come with you inside the archeological sites. Guides on the other hand can come with you inside the archeological sites but they cannot drive you with their own car.

Q: Do your drivers carry Mobile-phones?

A: Yes all our drivers carry mobile-phones. In case of emergency passengers can use them.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: We accept: Cash, money transfers, American Express, visa Card , and Master Card

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: All cancellation to be notified to the booking centre by e-mail 12 hours before landing if you had booked an airport pick up.
For booking of full day tour/disposal or more we must have 3 days notice of cancellation or the deposit will be lost.
